MY HEALING STYLE 

My healing style aims to view your body as an intuitive and intelligent being unique to its own language. So by slowing down and listening to this language I will craft you the perfect, in the moment session tailored to your current health needs. This listening may come in the form of a brief check in about your day, or by observing the small nuance of a breath or the twitch of a muscle.   

I also believe knowledge is power and that you have the right to know about the state of your body. I strive to be the messenger in service to connect you to this knowing. In the spirit of this your massage session includes these discoveries and insights if you are wanting to be filled in.    

BODYBUILDING & FITNESS  

I also hold 7 years of personal experience in bodybuilding and fitness, If you are athletically driven, I love creating massage programs specifically geared toward athletic health maintenance. With my sport/corrective massage along with nutrition suggestions I am confident I will be able to keep you enjoying your sport for many years to come.
