24-hour Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. I charge in full for the missed appointment.

If there are any challenges that you may have with my scheduler, payment system or other forms of booking please be sure to contact me  before your session date and time so to avoid my cancellation policy.

Rescheduling

I allow my clients to reschedule up to 3 hours  before their session start time. Any time after the 3 hour limit I charge 50% of the session.

Emergencies

Please let me know if you have an emergency so I can reschedule your session to a different day or time. 

* NOTE: Work conflicts are not considered emergencies

Late Arrival

Your session will be shorter than your booked time if you arrive late to your session. When you arrive late your session will be shortened by the original end-time.

No Shows

There is no refund for a no show appointment.  If a client no shows they will be struck from my client list and blocked from booking future sessions with my business.

No Perfumes and Colognes

Due to certain people with allergies to scents, please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne on your session day. Also, please come to your appointment showered and clean.

Zero Tolerance For Misconduct

I have a zero tolerance policy for any sexual misconduct in my practice. Please be aware that your session will be cut short with no monies returned for the remaining time. Thank you for respecting my place of business and the quality of my sessions.
