Package Policies

Cancellation Policy

Once a package is purchased and if no sessions are used:

1 week - 100% refund

2 weeks - 75% refund

3 weeks - 50% refund

4 weeks - 25% refund

5 weeks - 0%   refund

Sharing Or Transferring

At any point in your package you can share your package with another person or transfer your package to another person.

Upgrading Your Sessions

If you are wanting a longer time in your sessions than the original package time, the time and cost difference will be taken from the next session(s) in your package to cover the new session time. The discount to the time frame stays with the original session time of the purchased package. (ie.) The extended time cannot be adjusted to another monetary amount from the original package.  

* there are no downgrade in sessions allowed

Online Visa, MC, Amex | Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Cash | Invoice for HSA Accounts

Rescheduling

I allow my clients to reschedule up to 3 hours  before their session start time. Any time after the 3 hour limit I charge 50% of the session. This charge will be taken in the form of time from your next session in the package. 

* This includes appointments made same-day

No Shows

There is no refund for a no show appointment. The session will be considered a completed session in the whole of the package. 

 

Emergencies

Please let me know if you have an emergency so I can reschedule your session to a different day or time.

* There is no demerit to your package unless emergencies become a regular event (2 times = regular) 

* NOTE: Work conflicts are not considered emergencies

Late Arrival

Your session will be shorter than your booked time if you arrive late to your session. When you arrive late your session will be shortened by the original end-time.

Zero Tolerance For Misconduct

I have a zero tolerance policy for any sexual misconduct in my practice.  Please be aware that your session will be cut short with no return of monies for the remaining time in your session. This forfeit also includes the remaining sessions in your package. Thank you for respecting my place of business and the quality of my sessions.
